I have been told that false positives are rare, you are more likely to have a false negative. It sounds to me like maybe you are pregnant, but check with your dr. to be sure. I am also on thyroid medication( synthroid ) and I have been told that you still continue to take the medication even when you become pregnant, so I think you'll be ok, but once again check with the dr.
