All I can say is hang in there. It is very frustrating, I know. We have been trying for about 2-3 years, most aggressivly the last year and to no avail. We have yet to try anything as extensive as you have, but I have a feeling that it is in the future for us. I think these message boards lend a lot of support and I may seek some infertility counceling soon, as it is putting a strain on my marriage. But, it helps to know that you are not alone, because at times, you sure feel like it. Take care.
