: I am 16 year old male. I am able to obtain a full erection but have had very little sperm as of yet. I recall when I was very young my doctor saying I would need a surgery when I was around the age of 16 or 17 in order to have children. Does anyone know what possibly this surgery could be and could give me more info on it? What are some common surgeries performed to help male fertility? Thanks
Hi, when you say you have very little sperm, its actualy semen fluid which consist of a number of things including sperm, and believe it or not men usually dont produce a whole lot per ejaculation, If your concerned on your ability to father a child someday you should make an appointment to se a urologist, they will have you get a sperm analysis and they will give any further medical advice from there.
