Oh I see! Thanks so much for that information. I am gathering as much as I can. =-) Now the temperture changes after you ovulate correct? So by the time i would see an increase it would mean I already ovulated correct? And charting your mucus is to determine when your ovulating? Just want to be sure im getting everything correct so far. I have never had regular periods, until the last 6 months, which is when i have lost a good amount of weight, so i think it put me on a good track by losing weight. Now this month I am late. I started the 3rd of Sept last cycle. Now i am used to being irregular from before. And might I add I do not have any pregnancy symptoms so I dont think im late due to pregnancy. So as soon as I start my period I am going to start tracking my temp from the first day of my period, mucus the day i end my period, and of course the fertility monitor lets me know when. I just hope i am following all this information correctly, I hear so many different things from different people its hard to know what is actually correct. But I appreciate your advise, and thanks for your email, I probably will end up writing you soon. I am sure I will be unable to run out of questions .. hehe.. =-) Thanks !
