Hello Chris, From what I remember from my husbands infertility stuff, sometimes it can be a physical thing if you have no sperm. Sometimes they can't get out the tube (I believe this is called the vas differins (sp) ). And yes, exercise (extreme heat can kill sperm and once the activity has stopped the sperm should go back to their normal count. I think the live span of a sperm is 3 months so it may take this long to see an increast. Good luck. Please talk to your urologist.
