Please check some of the infertility support sites like RESOLVE and INCIID. They have a lot of valuable info and ladies who have been through similar situations. If you do go through IVF plz check for the best facility with the best rates for live births. Do your research. We had to drive 4 1/2 hours to the hospital we used. But remember you still have a chance to get pregnant and you already know you can get pregnant which is something I didn't because I had never been pregnant before. This is a big plus in your favor. You have a lot working for you. Hang in there and think positive. Every month during ovulation relax and image that little egg traveling down the fallopian tube and meeting up with that sperm and imagine that little zygote or embryo (whatever it is called at that moment- how about let's call it "your baby") implanting in your uterus.
The cost is a big issue. It was with us too. We only had enough money to do it one time but when it didn't work somehow we just found the money to do it again. I used my 401(k), my husband sold his motorcycle, things like that helped us raise the money.
Vicki, if you ever need to talk just email me and remember you could still pop up pregnant. It happened before and it can happen again. I have a good feeling about this for you. Please let me know WHEN it happens because I will be praying for you. Take care.
