My husband & I have been trying to concieve our second child for over a year and a half now. We also had trouble concieving our first. It took 2 years then. The first time around my ob/gynhad me try clomid for one month. I had many side effects from this. A few months later I had a Histrosalpingogram (sp?). They found nothing. My obgyn then refferred my to a specialist and just a couple of weeks before my appointment I found out I was pregnant. Miracles do happen. My son is now 4 1/2 and we are having trouble concieving again. My obgyn has since retired and I am in search of a new one. When I find one I want to be prepared on what kind of questions to ask, and maybe what test could be run. From reading the post here, I feel like the last time I went through this my doctor wasn't much help. I want to be more educated about the process this time through. Sorry for being so long winded.
