: I am going for my first IUI sometime this week (just waiting for LH surge on monitor)My RE said that there is only a 30% chance that it works on the 1st time.I hope i am in that 30%.But I went for an u/s and only have 1 follicle and its not big enough yet. : Went through I think 4 IUI's 2 with clomid (loosing count though) but everyone I talk to says don't give up. So I won't if you won't. RE says keep trying. I too had 3 good follicles. I had lap with cyst and fibroid removed. Good luck and keep the faith.
