: : I have just put down a $500 deposit to start the IVF process in January. I would love to hear from those of you who have already been down this road. I am 43 and realize this is probably my last chance for a pregnancy and could use some support and/or information on what to expect, how to prepare, etc.
: Terry: I'm 43 too and am going to start the IVF process in 1 week. My FSH level tends to bop around, but tends to be borderline. Odds are pretty low at 10%, but I'm really excited to be able to try. Would love to hear what you've been through up to this point. I got pregnant naturally a year and a half ago but miscarried (undoubtedly a bad egg), but have learned an incredible amount since then. Would love to talk with another old babe on this road!
10/29/99 - I am starting the IVF process today (starting the Lupron injections). I have been diagnosed with nothing (unexplained infertility). All test results fall well within normal limits, have been testing and undergoing different treatments for three years. Best of luck to all of you starting the IVF. Hopefully I will have a success note to post in November.
