Does your insurance cover interuterin insemination by husband. Sometimes in cases of low motility, doctors will use IUH to increase the chances of pregnancy. Some will also use clomide for the female to increase her fertility level. You should ask your husband to change his diet and see if it has an effect on his sperm. There is alot of info on diet and infertility in men on the net. If he is a tobacco smoker, then he needs to stop immediately. It does have a dirrect effect on fertility. So does alcohol and the use of prescription and non-prescription drugs. As far as adnormal morphology, I'm not sure if that has any effect on the quality of an embryo. Wish you the best, and by the way, you have plenty of time to conceive. I had my first child at the age of 40. I am now trying to conceive again at age 42.
