: Hi there. I am 30 and was just diagnosed last week on Dec 23. I am in the same boat as you, so I will look around and let you know if I find anything. I just wish I had someone to talk to. My doc doesn't know much about PCO, and I'm learning!: I am 27 years old and will be getting married in the spring of 2000. I have always had very irregular cycles and was diagnosed today with PCO. My fiance and I really want to have a family and now I am afraid that I will not be able to bear children. Also, my doctor said that I have a high level of Testosterone in my system. We have looked into the Billings method of pregnancy planning, but due to my lack of ovulation, no one seems to be able to help us. I do not want to try fertility medication, because my mother almost lost her life to an ectopic pregnancy (she hemmoraged severely). Hopefully, there is someone out there who can ease my concerns. You can see an endocrinologist about this..happened to my daughter, and she is now on meds to suppress the testosterone. It works. I don't know how it affects ovulation, but the doc will.
