I am 32 and ttc#2 for a year with a miscarriage in Sept. My son turned 3 yesterday:( I did a clomid cycle with the injection. I am scared of needles but I never even felt it. Needless to say I did not get pregnant. My infertility specialist is getting more aggressive because of my FSH being 11.68. I will be doing the injectables next cycle and hear they are painless as well.
Hope this helps.
: I am 38 years of age. I have one baby girl who will be 3 in December. My husband and I had been trying for a year on our own unsuccessfully to get pregnant and nothing has happened. We are seeing a specialist now and I will be undergoing my first IUI next week with a Profasi injection given to me by my husband. I am extremely nervous about the whole situation even though I want to go through with it. I have anxiety about the IUI not working, spending more money, and anxiety about my husband (who is inexperienced in giving injections) giving me an injection in the buttocks. My question is, does nervouness and stress pay a role in infertility? Also, what are my chances of becoming pregnant with the first IUI while being on Clomid?
