infertility due to polycystic ovaries

I have polycystic ovaries, I have been on clomid for 6 mon. My question is i apparently have been ovulating , yet im still not concieveing. Would anyone happen to come across the same problem. now im off clomid and just started mediformin. I will be going to a specialist on the 15th. Ive been trying for 5 yrs but just recently with clomid. my tubes are clear and hubby has also been tested and is good . Any ideas or help would be great thanks.
