I also have inner ear problems since September of last year. I have spells off and on and they get milder each time I have them. I am using natural products and herbs.Even when I am not dizzy I feel weird. Since the last dizzy spell a week ago I feel really good now and hope back to normal. You may want to check out natural products. Good Luck, hope you find something that works for you.
