I get a high pitched ringing noise in my ear no matter what happens. It started when I was 20 and I am now 38 and ever since I was 20, I have had this ringing round. When I sleep I hear it. Anytime I hear it! I want it to stop! Please email me with your suggestions. Thankyou so much.
