Hi Susan, I know how scary this is but you described some very classic symptoms of BPPV( benign postional vertigo) with the turning over in bed and bending. It is the most treatable vestibular disorder so I am going to give you some sites, including one that lists docs by state that know more about dizzy disorders called otonuerologists/neurotologists:
