Off Balance with Ear Muffled!

My right ear has been bothering me for awhile and it feels like there is something in my ear making me hear kinda muffling sounds and this has been persistant since I had a middle ear infection in May. The other problem I am having is that just a few days ago, I was walking and I felt like my body was leaning to the right, and I had to tilt my head to the right to get a right balance. I am still having this off-balance problem, What is this off-balance I have, Vertigo??
I am going to go to an ENT tuesday, because this is disabliing me. I hope this isnt serious, I am so scared. Please help anyone??
