My 14 year old son will be having surgery on july 26 for this very problem. He had a foul smelling disharge that we thought was just earwax for quite awhile since he only found it on q-tips. Had i known this was an infection I would have had him to the doctor. Didn't think it was anything since he had no pain. He will have a mstoidectomy also.
