Yes, I have had that. That "off" feeling. Ugh. Horrible. Turns out for me it was Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I would agree with your ENT's opinion.
I would recommend you discuss having tubes put in your ears since you can't mess around with any medication due to your pregnancy.
I had the tubes and I have been completely cured. It is not a very pleasant procedure, but it works and once the initial fear of the surgery is over, you can't even feel them.
