Hi Susan,
Yes definetly I have the same thing it seems to be worse according to the weather. Spring and Fall allergies also. Stuffed ears sometimes and nose
and sometimes it can cause off balance feeling.
one time it was bad, I had very little sleep, it was in the fall allergy time, I had been crying from an argument that I had and I smoked a couple of ciggarettes it had me very off balance that I had to get sick and lay down and a few hours later I was fine. I mentioned this just to say that things can make it worse I don't know if this is true for you too. I had been through all kinds of tests and it is exactly what you said allergy, sinus, inner ear. Please let me know how you are doing if you have questions or ideas for me too.
