My problems first started a few weeks ago when I had sudden loss of hearing for a few seconds, then ringing in my ears. The hearing seemed to recover. That happened several times a day for a few days. Then I had sharp pains in both of my ears. I also had sharp pains in my head that shot into my neck. My doctor said I had ear infections. They are now cleared up, but I still have a little pain in my ear and the head pains. I also still have swollen glands. I am worried about the sudden loss of hearing and the sharp pains in my head and neck. I am worried and thinking the worst. My doctor doesn't seem to be worried, though. Has anyone had any of these symptoms? Everyone I ask has not experienced the sudden hearing loss before.
