Wow! Could this be a start of a discussion of what has diminished the quality of my life for 35 years???? I have had chronic (constant) head, neck, and face discomfort all of this time. The most troubling symptom - the one for which I originally sought treatment - was the fealing of "unreality". It is constant. As a child, I think I had the same thing if I would be in a situation with a lot of noise or confusion. Now it is always there. Not dizziness. Concentration is difficult. Going to my garden to weed is very frustrating. Like I have to really concentrate to separate the weeds from the flowers. It is sort of like the effects of the first couple of drinks of alcohol - not drunk, just slightly out of it. I'd sure like to hear from others.
