I was misdiagnosed with Menieres Disease last year. My main symptoms were dizzyness, fullness and pressure in the ears, fatigue, occasional ringing and popping in the ears, along with many other odd symptoms. It turned out I had something called Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I had this condition for almost 9 months before I found a doctor to properly diagnose me and treat it. I ended up having tubes inserted into my ear drums (like the tubes kids get) and within 2-3 months I was 90% cured. It has now been almost 7 months since my surgery and I am 99% better.
Please tell your friend to research her condition and make sure she has a proper diagnosis. Our cure is only as good as the doctor who dignoses it.
Best of luck,
