Blocked up inner ears

I don't know if anyone can help me but for about 5 months now, i
have been suffering from some kind of mucus/fluid stuff in my inner
ear. It causes ears popping all the time, headaches, earache etc and
its driving me mad. It seemed to start after around when i had just
been rock jumping one day, and after that whenever i bent down
water would just run out of my nose. Anyway after that i started to get
the symptons i described above, with my usual itchy eyes runny nose
due to an allergy to the cats in my house. I went to the doctor and
he gave me anti-histamine and beconase spray to try and clear it.
This helped to ease it but neither shifted it, and when i have stopped taking
the spray i find myself producing huge amount of mucous which
makes me feel sick, and builds up on my chest and makes breathing hard
while exercising. My doctor seem s to think it is due to my allergy,
but i have never had anything like this before when my allergy was bad,
but it all started after i had been rock jumping, and had a head full of water
which i did'nt drain fully like i should. Anyway now my doctor
suggested surgery, in my nose to let it ventilate better, but i bet that would'nt
make any difference so i said no for now. I am at my wits end, and
am fed up with it especially it started just after recovering from
a serious knee injury. I am only 21 so should be able to overcome it
but i don't know how....i am thinking of going jumping again in aim to
clear it out and then drain it fully, but this might just make it worse...
If anyone can help or has had anything similar, could you please reply
