DIZZYNESS AND LIGHTHEADED

Hi, umm, ive been experiencing dizzyness and lightheadedness whenever i lie down and even when im standing up. But when i start doing active things, it goes away, then it comes back when im at an idle stage. Does anyone understand or know or can inform me of what im experiencing??
