: I have been on Lotronex for about three months. Has anyone heard any "bad news" about this drug. I find it to be wonderful. I feel like I'm finally in control of my life. I am also alittle afraid for my health because I am not fully informed about the long term effects of the drug.
I have been on Lotronex for 2 1/2 months and I must say this is the first time in my life (44 yrs) that I feel normal! Stress plays a big role! But I had a lot going on in my life last month and now that things have calmed down I am back to normal again. I hate to think what I would have been like without the Lotronex!
My GI doctor told me he has not seen a lot of success with the drug so he was very happy for me that it is working!
As far as long term effects I have not heard of anything and personally I am so glad this drug is finally available to us! It's about time! After trying everything over the counter and prescription drugs this is the first one that has ever worked!
Take care! Bonnie
