I hope this helps someone...I had my gallbladder removed 6 years ago..and after my meals within 20 minutes I have gut wrenching cramps and pain and explosive D.....Horrible to live with.....always have to be near a toilet....I read in Prevention magazine to try FLAXSEED OIL capsules.....THEY WORK....I take one (1000mg)pill with my meals and I have not had a problem since.....They are like a miracle for me...They only cost about $12 for a bottle of 100 and are all natural........good luck
