Kate, I've been there. I always consider myself lucky when it happens at home though & not when I'm out. Also, it's better to be able to release it than for it to be trapped and start the pain & cramping. (Not much consolation, huh?) For me, sometimes taking dicyclomine helps. Also, I think Harry's fiber therapy should help this in the long run too. (I'm too new to the fiber stuff to tell you for sure.)
