I have just been diagnosed with IBS and have been advised to take LOTRONEX. I have had these symtoms for 5 years. I can not take it anymore. I need to know what To do. I am affraid to take meds all the time. Is there a diet i can start? I have alot of stress in my life, and my job is very stressful but I have tried to change them and that does not seem to work. I am afraid to go anywhere because I am always having D....
Please someone talk to me....
