I kmow the pain you are referring to. I generally feel like my left side has this "pinching" feeling and as the time goes by things move around to my left side and it isn't long before the cramping starts and I had for the bathroom. I feel this is gas moving around and have found if I lay on my stomach on the floor and roll back and forth that I can actually feel the gas moving around. I refer to "breaking a bubble." I have done this for years and most times it helps. The pain seems to disapate and I feel better.I don't know if this pain is normal but then what's normal. Hi everyone, for almost 3 years i've had pain in my lower right side,it now seems since June, its moving to the left side, mainly in the morning before a BM.Is this normal for IBS? pain that moves? would this be spasms of the colon? thanks :o) Krissy
