: Sounds like you need to contact your dr and tell him/her. There are so many medications for Irritable bowel, it might take trial and error to find one that works for you. I would suggest reading all of Harry's posts on fiber. Yes, even for diarrhea. Psyllium husk fiber, works like a charm. There are also several posts on the board for Lotronex. You might read those and see if any of those might give you some info.
