If you are under a lot of stress, it is quite possible that this could be IBS, as IBS is certainly exacerbated by stress. I have the same problem when I eat the foods I am sensitive to. I have discovered which foods set me off over years of living with this. However, there are times when I could eat a piece of bread and I would have that same post-eating sickness that you described. I usually get that when I am under a lot of stress. I get really nauseous and my stomach feels gassy. Sometimes I have an IBS attack of diarrhea which is excruciatingly painful- the cramps I mean but that usually happens after a long period of stress since I know my trigger foods for the most part. Best of luck to you! ~Anna
: I was diagnosed with Gastro Reflux and i wanted to see if these two conditions were related. My gastrologist told me he thinks i have a slight case of IBS because of stress. Just everytime after i eat, i start feeling sickly and weak and i get really bad air in my stomach and i cant get rid of it....its horrible pain but when my bowels move, these symptoms go away until the next time. i happens everytime i eat and sometimes when i dont....do these symptoms sound typical for this condition.
