Sorry, I don't have a clue on this. Being Celiac, I would at least avoid the pudding part. Most puddings have some sort of thickeners, usually made from flour. I think glutinous rice is the same as "sticky" rice, which just means it sticks together. I would avoid it until I was sure, if it might be causing you problems.
