I would recommend this procedure whole-heartedly.
I have yeast overgrowth in my colon that started this whole IBS thing with me. I have been getting regular colonics (once a month) for a year now, and have noticed the IBS symptoms getting less and less. I found out I had colon yeast when I sent stool samples to the GREAT SMOKIES LAB....they sent me results. So as far as the Colonic, you are doing your colon a great service with it....take care
