:Hello, I recently found this site and wanted to share my success. I have been on medications, tried every over-the-counter product and never got the results that I was looking for. I recently went on a nutritional program and have found over the last two weeks a remarkable difference in my life. Good Luck

Mahalo!

: I just need to vent for a minute. I got back from a week's stay in Oahu (my first "real" vacation in several years and my first travel experience with full-blown IBS).

: The island was magnificent, the people/culture enchanting and I can honestly say that this was my first trip that I've come back lighter than I left.

: I keep trying to find out my "trigger" foods but so far it's been elusive at best and frustrating at worst. I now know every bathroom on Oahu and,
: at one point I had to lie down on a park bench from sheer exhaustion. Thank God for Imodium, but even that has it's limitations.

: Harry, I've been taking my fiber suppliments and I watched everything I put into my stomach on the trip, but it still was a limiting experience (view Hawaii from the inside of a stall - aaaaargh).

: I refuse to be housebound for the rest of my life and I work very hard to earn a vacation every few years, so it was discouraging.

: However, I am plugging forward with a colonoscopy to look forward to next month.

: Film at 11:00 (ha).
