for the 1st week the gluten free diet seemed to be going well but its gradually been getting less effective. i've seen my dr + hopefully should be getting the proper biopsy test in a few weeks. can you tell me, when you eat something containing gluten by mistake, how long does it take for your output to normaise? (i had something on Saturday, wasn't sure what was in it exactly, since then haven't been able to go properly, just little bits coming out mostly.) i've also been drinking alcohol a little in the last week on about 4 seperate occaisions), the 1st time i've touched it in 18 months (just cider + wine). do you think this could be the cause of mu problems ? do you think it could be candidasis? (eating honey or too much fruit makes me scratchy which may be a pointer to candidosis but i don't know that much about it). thanks angie, any help's greatly appreciated.
