Kidney pains and lymphnodes?

I have had a mild pain in the lower right of my back in the location described to be the kidney area. The discomfort is on the right side and when I lean foreward and to the left the pain gets worse. This has been there for about 4-5 months or more and just yesterday on the right side of my groin there is a tender, almost sore when you touch it, well pronounced knot wich I beleive is a lymphnode. When the kidney pain first started I was also having a slight discomfort in my bladder but has since gone away.I constantly keep a watch and have never noticed blood in the urine. Any clues whether this is some sort of infection or maybe kidney stones? I do drink way too much Dr. Pepper. There is no STD that resembles this I hope? Any input would be appreciated.
