Have any of you stone formers tried any herbs to help? My acupuncturist has suggested that I take Marshmallow Root and Gravel Root. I just wondered if anyone has had any success with something alternative. I drink tons of water and avoid oxalates, but I still have a small stone in each kidney at this point, and often end up in the ER with gravel. Thanks for any help you can provide.
