IgA is an Autoimmune disorder - The Iga Imunoglobulin (I think it is !) - which is inside all of us, for some reason deposits in the Kidneys and blocks the filtering tubules - this eventually causes Total Kidney Failure over 10 to 20 years - it is thought that these days the process can be greatly slowed down by removal of the tonsils.
