Hi. Yes, I have that same kind of urinary pattern. I try to drink lots of water throughout the day for general health, but sometimes even when I'm not drinking a lot of liquid I go frequently. Maybe too much caffiene? I drink coffee every morning. Tension seems to make it worse too. I'm planning to get tested for diabetes next time I go to the doctor. Susan : I realised that I goto the toilet 3-4 times an hour and sometimes not at all for a few hours.
