How can I avoid these awful UTI's and Kidney infections??

I constantly get UTI's and they get so bad, I get kidney infections, then i take antibiotics, and they cause yeast real bad. Its a vicious circle....I drink lots of water, and take cranberry capsules, but theres got to be an ever-loving remedy for all this suffering.....help.....
