I am sorry to hear that you are suffering so badly at the moment. I can relate exactly to the type of pain. I did all the neverending rounds of visits to GP/Urologist, until eventually due to constant blood in urine, I was sent to see a Nephrologist, these guys deal purely with kidneys, the inner workings thereof. After renal biopsy, I was diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy.

Of course you may have something completely different going on with yourself, but just thought I could give you another route should you need to follow it.
