thyroid patient with pain in kidneys and hypoglycemic symtoms

I am a thyroid patient currently hyper but bounce around from hypo to hyper even though on medication. I occasionally have symtoms of hypoglycemia where if I go too long without eating I will shake badly and feel dizzy. After I eat, all is well. I had a blood test to see if I was diabetic but I am not. After that episode, I have noticed that I then get pain in my kidneys. Anyone out there experience these problems?
