I've had left testicular pain now for weeks. My urologist initially thought epididymitis (an infection of the epididymis), but now believe that if I ever had it, it's gone now. He's also ruled out several other things. As a stab in the dark, he's having me get an ultrasound of my kidneys, although he admitted that without any blood in my urine (was tested three times) and no abnormal blood counts, the liklihood of finding anything is small. I'm 31. Any reasonable reason for me to worry about the kidneys? Kevin C.
