I need urgent information about interstitial nephritic please. My sister (8 years younger) had renal failure for 5 years. The cause was not indentified, and Nov last year I donated a kidney. The match was that of a identical twin. After a period of experiencing tiredness a biopsy was done just to receive the shocking news that the same "thing" is damaging the new kidney.
