Flank Pain, Please Help!

I know the boards are moving, but I don't know how many people are looking at the new ones. So here I go. About a month ago, I started having severe, spasm like pains on my right side, flank area. Finally went to a clinic where the Doc said I had irritable bowel syndrome. Gave me muscle relaxers. Well, I don't have any other symptoms of IBS. He pushed on my stomach and it hurt very badly, but hasn't since. Anyway, the pains slacked off and weren't so intense. But the last 3 days they have come back. I also have low back pain. And now I have the pains on my left side as well. I have a problem with UTI's. Any advice please? I don't believe they are stones, I never produce any. Please help!
