I've had kidney pain mostly when I bike ride but now am noticing it during the day as well. I press on my right kidney and feel a sharp pain, otherwise the pain is dull. I have no other symptoms, i.e. urination problems, loss of appetite etc. Just this dull pain that won't go away.
Any ideas?
