I,ve been going through this recently[ i have pkd ] and after a ulter sound and cat scan it has been determined that i,m going through the normal pains of pkd.
With the expansion of the cyste the walls of the kidney can only give so much before there is pain -- then it will go away when the cyste brakes up-if it does...........so you learn to treat the pain..
