My mother is 65 and has CML. She was doing well with Interferon but that has recently changed. She may qualify for the STI program but I am not sure she is that adventurous at this stage. I am more concerned with keeping up on the progress of the project and trying to find ways to expedite the process. There are 4,300 new CML cases every year. In todays Internet age we should be able to locate them and leverage their purchasing power to raise money to facilitate this possible cure. I have many ideas but will need help.
