CML is a blood disease, characterized by a high white blood cell count. Normal white counts
are between 4.5 and 10 thousand. CML is caused by a translocated chromosome,
called the Philadelphia chromosome. This translocation causes the overproduction & early release
of immature white blood cells from the bone marrow. For more detailed information, I'd suggest
